The Haley House is a vacation rental located in the heart of Waco, TX, with Baylor's Floyd Casey Stadium a stones throw away and Hart-Patterson CenterTrack and Field Complex just down the block. Rates for 2010: $100 to $200/night plus 13% tax

The rates are for the exclusive use of our home for up to 6 guests. The rates listed are based on double occupancy unless other wise stated.

Our home's, Master Bedroom contains 1 queen bed and a"guest" bedroom that has 2 daybeds with trundles. One daybed can also be converted to a king size bed if needed.

There are two baths, a private bath attached to the Master Bedroom with a step in shower and the guest bath which contains a shower tub combination.

     Summer Season Rental: June 1-Sept 4th
                    $100 per weeknight and $130 per weekend night
                    $700 for weekly rental

   Peak Season Rental: Sept 5th-December 31st
                    $180 per weeknight and $200 per weekend night*
                    $1000. for weekly rental

   Winter/Spring Season Rental: Jan 1-May 31st
                     $115 per weeknight and $150 per weekend night
                     $800 for weekly rental

*For Baylor University special event weekends (Commencement, Parents' Weekend, Home Games at Floyd Casey Stadium, Homecoming) and holidays, there is a two night minimum and the rate is $200 per night for one to six guests.

Reservation Information:

In Honor of Rev J.A. and Junette Haley we offer special discounts to Pastors and their families as well as those with loved one in the local hospital. Call us for rates.

We require a deposit in the amount of one night's lodging or 50% of the total and a $150 cleaning/damage deposit that will be returned if the conditions of the rental agreement are met.

A Credit Card number is required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment by travelers check, cash or credit card is due upon arrival.

Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revised reservation.

A seven day advance notice of cancellation is required to insure deposit return.

To insure your privacy, conserve natural resources, and to keep our costs low, daily maid service is not provided. Fresh towels, however, are available for each day of your stay.
